In late June students welcomed Nicky Morgan to the College and were excited to present her with a collage that she had hand-picked from a collection of wildlife pictures, created by students at the College. Lauren, a student studying at both RNIB and Loughborough College, presented the framed collage to Nicky. Whilst at the College Nicky had the opportunity to meet with parents and hear first-hand of their experiences of securing a place for their son/daughter at a specialist College. Nicky has been particularly supportive in raising local issues around disabled people moving into employment, as well as the implications of the Children and Families Bill.
