We are delighted to announce that the RNIB College has retained its Dignity in Care standard after being recently reassessed. Led by the National Dignity Council, Dignity Champions form part of a nationwide network of over 50,000 individuals and organisations who work to put dignity and respect at the forefront of their work. The initiatives core values are all about having dignity in our hearts, minds and actions, in order to change the culture of care services and place greater emphasis on improving the quality of care and the experience for customers. The College is setting up a Dignity Group, to maintain awareness of this key issue and review our processes, ensuring they are done in the most dignified manner.
