College Principal Tony Warren stated "We are delighted by this outcome and I would like to pay tribute to the hardworking staff, governors, parents and learners themselves who together have been committed to achieving this success. We are already thinking about the next few years at the College and are now aspiring to being graded outstanding by 2010."

The overall effectiveness of provision was graded to be good and particularly highlighted the fact that "the College caters well for a range of learners including those with visual impairments and other complex learning difficulties/disabilities" and said that "the standard of learners work is good" going on to say "learners are highly motivated and enjoy lessons".
