Bilal Hussein, a learner studying a National Diploma in IT at RNIB College Loughborough was invited to attend a reception at Number 10 Downing Street which was hosted by David Cameron.

The event was to celebrate the launch of BRIT, a charity set up by Phil Packer. Bilal first met Phil as part of his London Marathon walk, Bilal was chosen as one of 26 young people with a disability or difficulty to each walk 1 mile of the London Marathon course with Phil.
