RNIB College Loughborough hosted their first conference in the new Conference Centre this September. The College has developed the Bradgate room, a Bistro breakout room and the soon to be completed Beacon and Charnwood rooms. The Conference Centre forms the latest student led enterprise, expanding the range of learning environments for the students.

The facilities will add to the community arm of the College, increasing awareness of the RNIB and reaching out to more potential customers. Student Hospitality Hosts will meet and greet customers, prepare food and refreshments and serve in the Bistro. They will also give the housekeeping brief and prepare the rooms and welcome packs. We hope that both RNIB colleagues and local businesses will make use of the meeting and conference facilities.
