RNIB College Loughborough welcomed families and friends of the College to join their South America Day celebrations. This year's theme was the Rio De Janeiro Carnival and 2016 Olympics. The students work hard each year to research the country and create a memorable themed performance. Students transformed the Art Centre creating a back drop for the South American extravaganza. The Performing Arts group split into several smaller groups, to work on different areas of the show, some students made fabulous props, the media group worked on two Rio inspired films, whilst those wanting to perform worked with a local dance company who specialise in classes for disabled young people. It was great to see such an inclusive performance where staff and students creatively to get everyone involved.
