Our Understanding Customers with Disabilities Workshop was a success for the third year running! The training, targeted at people working in a customer facing roles attracted attendees from the public, private and voluntary sector. The session gave attendees a basic insight of what it could be like living with sight loss, autism or a learning disability and gave them some understanding of the lives of their potential customers.

We received great feedback from all the attendees.
